Perkins communicator allows a deaf-blind person to speak by a synthesized voice, hear people, as well as to access the functions of a touch-sensitive phone. With a six-button Perkins keyboard a user will be able to write and read. Communication begins with text entering by six main buttons. Text is entered on Braille principle. Then Google speech synthesizer voices an entered text. The user activates the process of interlocutor’s words recognizing and get it by vibrations on six buttons on Braille principle. Using this keyboard and Voice Mirror program, user can also navigate the phone’s interface.
